I'd like to hear from anyone who has protested the appraisal of theirhome with the Lubbock Central Appraisal District. Has anyone had totake their case to the District Court or to binding arbitration? I wenttoday to the appraisal review board and although the rules state thatthese people are impartial, I don't think that's the case. I feel Ihave a good case and I'm wanting to take it to the District Court orbinding arbitration. The rules state that appraisals are based onmarket value but, in reality, THAT'S NOT THE CASE. Please let me hearfrom you if you have taken your case to binding arbitration or thedistrict court; I'd like to hear your outcome. Thanks
