The group said it based its rankings on what it found to be "a distinct pattern of insurance industry greed" among 10 companies that do everything possible to avoid paying claims, employ hardball tactics against policyholders, reward executives with extravagant salaries, and raise premiums to maximize profits.

Has anyone had totake their case to the District Court or to binding arbitration? I wenttoday to the appraisal review board and although the rules state thatthese people are impartial, I don't think that's the case. I feel Ihave a good case and I'm wanting to take it to the District Court orbinding arbitration. The rules state that appraisals are based onmarket value but, in reality, THAT'S NOT THE CASE. Please let me hearfrom you if you have taken your case to binding arbitration or thedistrict court; I'd like to hear your outcome. Thanks
